Dragon Ball: Leek Evolution

Description

The evolution of my Saiyan, Leek, from Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi and Dragon Ball Xenoverse. This shows his various designs throughout the Dragon Ball games. Note that he will also appear in Xenoverse 2 and Dragon Ball Fusions once they release, but his designs for those games have yet to be made.
This link goes to an alternative version of this image that has silhouettes for his Xenoverse 2 and Fusions designs, since I haven't played either game yet. vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/t…

His designs are as follows (listed from left to right):
1. Ultimate Tenkaichi- Kid: His design from his childhood to early teens. The rendered image is how I imagine his design to be, while the screenshot is my attempt to recreate that design (with the limitations of which clothing parts can be colored in Ultimate Tenkaichi). He still has his tail during the first half of his life, which would have given him access to a Great Ape transformation had Piccolo not destroyed the moon.
2. Ultimate Tenkaichi- Young Adult: This depicts Leek in his later teens and early adulthood. Both costumes shown here are one and the same, just with and without a jacket. Prior to the release of Dragon Ball Xenoverse, this was the definitive design for the character, and his intended costume for the first Xenoverse game (sans the cape). Despite his new hairstyle seen in Xenoverse, this outfit is still a primary design for Leek prior to the Time Breaker Saga. The outfit with the jacket is his most notable design, while the jacketless version is his current design in my copy of Ultimate Tenkaichi. Despite not being shown in these screenshots, Leek still has his tail at this point in time.
3. Extreme Butoden Style: A sprite of Leek drawn in the style of Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden for the 3DS. This design combines the one seen in Ultimate Tenkaichi with the one from Xenoverse, creating a new definitive design. Unlike the Ultimate Tenkaichi variation, this one does not wear Trunks' sword or his belt, and wears Vegeta-styled boots instead of Capsule Corp. boots. Like his Xenoverse design, this version does not have a tail. The current design of Leek in Ultimate Tenkaichi was recolored to match this sprite, similar to how his Kid variation was designed.
4. Xenoverse: Leek's design in the first Dragon Ball Xenoverse game. He wears the upper body and boots of Vegeta's Resurrection F costume, original pants, and gauntlets styled after Turles' Saiyan armor. He also wears a pair of sunglasses similar to the World Tournament announcer. Though it isn't the case in-game, these glasses were designed by Capsule Corp to function as a Dragon Ball tracker, much like a scouter.
5. Xenoverse 2 (Temporary Design): Leek's actual Xenoverse 2 design is yet to be determined since the game hasn't released yet, but I will import him from the first game when I start it, so his overall design will be pretty much the same, leaving his choice of clothing up for debate. Since Namco Bandai's time patroller used to promote Xenoverse 2 looks almost identical to Leek's design, I recolored a picture of him to serve as a placeholder until I get the actual game. (Ironically, this is the second time Namco Bandai's time patroller has looked like Leek, as the character used to promote the original Xenoverse looked a lot like Leek's Ultimate Tenkaichi design with a cape and different color pallette.)
6. Dragon Ball Fusions: Not shown is his design in Dragon Ball Fusions, which is still up for debate since it hasn't released yet and I haven't decided whether I want to recreate him in Fusions or use an original character instead.
Either way, in Crossover Game canon, the events of Dragon Ball Fusions take place after those in the first Xenoverse, but before those in Xenoverse 2.
